Junior Management Accountant - Based in London - c£40,000p.a. + Benefits

Working closely with the Senior Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate monthly management accounts, investigating variances, and providing clear, actionable commentary. You’ll also take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to process improvements and systems development.

This role will suit someone with solid experience in management accounts production, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be confident working with accounting systems and advanced Excel, and you’ll be proactive in solving problems and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful, you’ll need to be part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and able to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar finance role. Strong Excel and IT skills are essential, as is a keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
